The idea
It started with a stubborn question: why should happy hour end at midnight?
In 2023, we began folding real spirits into small-batch ice cream in a tiny kitchen in Nairobi. Not syrups. Not flavorings. Actual liquor. Tequila, bourbon, rum, vodka โ married to premium dairy and sorbet bases.
The result was 5% ABV per pint, and a flavor profile that actually tastes like the cocktails it's named after.
